Examivate LLC ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Examivate platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service.

This policy complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD), the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI), and Ley N° 21.719 (Chile).

Your Rights under Chile's Law No. 21.719

Chile's Ley N° 21.719 on the Protection of Personal Data is enforced by the Agencia de Protección de Datos Personales (APDP) and enters into force on 1 December 2026. If you are located in Chile, the following rights and provisions apply.

As a data subject you hold the following rights (ARCOP+): acceso (access) — obtain a copy of your personal data; rectificación (rectification) — correct inaccurate or incomplete data; cancelación/supresión (erasure) — request deletion of your data; oposición (objection) — object to processing based on legitimate interest; portabilidad (portability) — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format; and bloqueo (blocking) — request temporary suspension of processing while a dispute is resolved.

We process your personal data on the following lawful bases: consent; performance of a contract; compliance with a legal obligation; and legitimate interest.

Where we process sensitive or special-category personal data (such as data revealing ethnicity or health/disability accommodations), we obtain your explicit prior consent.

Your personal data is processed in the United States (AWS us-east-1 region). International transfers to the United States rely on appropriate safeguards and contractual guarantees that ensure an adequate level of protection as required by Ley N° 21.719.

Our platform is not intended for children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
